  • Treatment – Develop and implement the action plan and effect any further changes necessary.
  • Stabilise – Once the action plan has been implemented it may be necessary to consider other changes to put the business firmly back on track, increasing profitability and cashflow and returns on assets.
  • Restore – Effect long term structural and strategic changes necessary to ensure that improvements are sustained.
