We do recognise that, with the best will in the world, relationships with Banks can sometimes become strained and ultimately unworkable. This may be due to a change of personnel, policy or difference of opinion. Whatever the reason, it is important that for the success of your business, you have a good working relationship with your Bankers.

Furthermore, your Bank Manager should have a full working knowledge of your business and be in a position to offer help and guidance when it is needed. They should be able to draw upon their knowledge and experience to help to guide your business and avoid pitfalls, not just respond to your requests or to an issue when it arises. The reality is that sometimes the best solution for a particular issue or need cannot be provided by your Bank and they should recognise this too.
